Srimath Andavan , it is decided to improve the facilities in
this Temple and to make it perfect in all aspects of Temple architecture and
Pancharatra Agama sastras.
Once renovated, the Temple will have
main Sannathi for Sri Srinivasar and Sri Alarmelmangai Thayaar, followed by
Uthsava Murthees of Perumal and Thayaar, Sri Ramar, Sri Namamzhwar, Sri Andal,
Sri Ramanujar, Swamy Desikan in the Ardha Mandapam. Stone Idols Dwara Balakars
, Sri Garudan, Sri Lakshmi Hayagreevar, Sri Lakshmi Varahar and Sri lakshmi

This temple is well known for the
Anjaneyar, both Moolavar and Uthsavar. They will be installed at a special
place at the entrance of Ardha Mandapam, in such a way Tirumanjanams can be
conducted.
The existing Chakrathazhwar Sannathi
will be repositioned , so that there will be a good view of Perumal
and Thayar from the entrance to
the temple itself.
To facilitate early completion of all
the works as stated above , Balalayam function was held on 26th April , 2012. Renovation work under the
able guidance of
well known sthapathis has started.
We estimate that the total work will
cost about Rs 12 lakhs. We are appealing to the members of the Public

support , by which we will have an impressive local temple in the locality of Villivakkam and in
the immediate neighbourhood of Padi TVS
group companies.
