Sreemathe Rangaramanuja Mahadesikaya Namaha
Sri U Ve Veerapuram Krishnamachariar Swamy is the donor of the Temple at Villivakkam to Andavan Ashramam. From the day of take over,in Oct.2010 this temple is known as Sri Padmavathy Naayika Sametha Sri Srinivasa Perumal Koil. Being a veteran ubhaya vedantha vidwan, Srimath Andavan has very high regard for him and during His Mangalasaasana visits to the temple,he makes sure to meet him in person and enquire about his welfare.He was healthy at the time of temple take over and over the years it is deteriorating. He never missed to see Kanchipuram Perumal Garudasevai till recently. That is the grit he had in the service of Perumal. Even though he is very week, he was carried in a chair by his family members to the roadside, to Sri Perumal in the newly made Garuda Vaahanam and that too in front of his house. He and his family members were overjoyed with happiness in this Swamy getting Perumal anugraham for a healthy life.Srimath Andavan also was very much pleased to know about this gesture on the part of the Koil administration. A living legend was honoured and made to be happy.
